Birdwatching Delights in the Park

This morning, I found myself watching the birds in the park again. Among the ones I hadn’t seen in a while, I spotted a heron and a beautiful tufted duck with its striking black and white plumage.

I also came across a mallard with a rather unusual coloration—some kind of genetic mutation.

Today, I received a package from the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds! It included various brochures, a membership card, a magazine, a pocket encyclopedia (which we’ll definitely take on our hike tomorrow!), a window sticker, and some wildflower seeds.

So, as you can tell, I’m somewhere between 29 and 92 years old! 😊
