Dog Festival Fun and Life Changes
Weekly Update
🧡 On Saturday, we attended a dog festival. We didn’t win anything, but Lucy received a million compliments in her red beret. Surprisingly, there weren't that many dressed-up dogs!
🧡 We went to see "The Roses" at the cinema, and we loved it! Benedict Cumberbatch and Olivia Colman made a unique duo. By the way, this Picturehouse cinema regularly hosts dog-friendly screenings! For instance, on October 5th, you can bring your pup to watch the horror film "Good Boy."
🧡 I made a drastic change and got a pixie cut! I had completely forgotten how convenient and practical it is. Unfortunately, we didn’t capture the moment when Lucy didn’t recognize me.
🧡 I've been applying to jobs all week. My resume passed the review at a big advertising agency, and they invited me to the second round. It was an assessment with nine parts, testing logic, reaction, and perception. There were various tasks, from straightforward reaction tests (like in the photo) to classic shape puzzles (where you have to create the fourth picture yourself) and even some strange ones (like identifying facial expressions). My husband and I didn’t understand the concept of some tasks. We tackled them together, so if I don’t progress further, I won’t be too disappointed!
My husband looked at my new haircut, assessed the tasks, and said it seems like I'm preparing for the British Army, not an advertising agency.
🧡 My little mushroom is growing and continues to thrive! It's recommended to grow it to about 0.5 cm thick. For now, I won't rush to disturb it.
