McDonalds Letter M and Quirky Finds

I went for a walk this morning with Lucy and saw THIS!

Someone has a yellow letter M from McDonald's in their home—it's my dream! Not some cheap lamp from a Chinese marketplace, but a piece that looks just like the real thing!

Once, in the middle of the night, my friend and I, somewhat tipsy, stood outside McDonald's on Pushkinskaya. Just days before, it had been closed for rebranding; this was in 2022, and that little yellow M still hung there. I think you can guess what we were talking about, but we concluded that we're not as strong as we thought—yet that letter remained.

With these thoughts in mind, I moved away from that house and later decided to admire the photo I had taken. WHAT?! Stuffed ferrets?? Maybe you spotted them before I did...

It would have been funny if I had stood there a few more minutes, and then the owners came out and said:

"Hey there, you like the letter M? Come on in with your dog, and we'll show it to you up close!"

It's quite possible I stumbled upon the owners of a shop that my husband and I recently encountered in the city.

These folks certainly have a good sense of humor… Where else would you find a stuffed fox dressed as a butler, if not in London?
